The New Look Fruitbowl

The Youth Group Wednesdays 6.00pm - 8.00pm The Late Drop In Tuesdays 4.30pm - 6.00pm The Early Drop In Thursdays 1.00pm - 2.30pm The Breakfast Club every 4th Sunday 10.30am 12pm

The Youth Group Is an organised session where we plan scheduled events. Some of the events already planned for the upcoming months are cinema, bowling, rounders, games night, quizzes, treasure hunts, football, DVD night and many more. These events are requests from the Fruitbowl members themselves. We also run issue based sessions around areas such as sexual health, relationships, keeping safe, anything we feel could benefit the group in their day to day life.

The Late Drop In Started in June and will run every Tuesday night. This is an informal session which will allow fruitbowl members to come to the building for whatever reason, whether it be to use the PCs, catch up on study, read magazines and resources or maybe even to have a chat and a cup of coffee.

The Early Drop In Runs in the same way as the late drop in every Thursday, but is through the daytime.

The Breakfast Club Will run every 4th Sunday. Each month, members of the breakfast club will be given a book to read. We will then meet 4 weeks later, have breakfast, chat about each others weekends and discuss the books.

Upcoming Events 2006 is an exiting year for the Fruitbowl, not only have we moved to fantastic new premises, but we have many events planned for the rest of the year. We will be having a residential, day trips (additional to the drop in times). We are also hoping to start a newsletter, which will put together by the Fruitbowl members. All this and much more. For more information about any of the above please contact Yorkshire MESMAC on 01924 211116
