The dates given below are for the ordinary meetings of the Parish Council. All meetings are held at 7.00 p.m. generally on the first Monday of the month, with some exceptions when it is held on the second Monday. Normally meetings are held at the Sharlston Community School on Hammer Lane. As usual, there is no meeting in August

Every meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

The Parish Open Day is a public event open to all and attended by members of the Parish Council and other organisations involved in activities in the parish. It gives the opportunity to discuss any matters of interest or concern to local residents. It is held each year at a date in April or May in the Community Centre.

This year (2008) it will take place on Tuesday 15 April.
