The aim of the scheme is to address the issues of social isolation and loneliness for older people by providing a range of social activities and a befriending service both 1:1 and telephone including our telebuddies scheme
Some of the activities we offer are ,Befriending, Home visits, Telephone link and tele-buddy scheme ,Transport for shopping and appointments, arts and craft sessions, Social coffee mornings and afternoon tea,Lunches, 'Have your say' sessions; Birthday Club,Day trips and outings, Tea dances and Personal Advocacy / information giving and sharing.
