Ossett and District Historical Society exists to promote and record the history of the town of Ossett. The Society meets on the last Wednesday of each month (September to April) at 7.30pm in Ossett Library, Station Road, Ossett. Each month the Society invites a speaker who is able to inform and entertain us on topics of local historical interest.
The annual subscription is £7.00 and is due in September. Visitors: £2 for an individual lecture. New members are always welcome.
