What to expect from a class:
Suited equally to beginners and the more experienced. Each Class includes simple guided meditations and an informal talk about meditation and Buddhism. There is also an opportunity to ask questions, a few minutes of traditional prayers and after the class there will be light refreshments.
The classes are designed to be self contained so you can come along for a series of classes or just drop in at anytime.
Classes cost £5. No need to book. Just come along!
