What we do
Health Trainers work with individuals
on a 1-2-1 basis to help people
change their lifestyles in order to
become healthier.
We can see you for up to 6 hourly
sessions where we will listen to your
needs, support you and help you to
achieve your goals.
This may mean putting you in touch
with other local services too.
