We are a nationwide service and there
are 26 Health Trainers right across the
Wakefield district.
These are some of the areas where we
are available:
Pontefract, Featherstone,
Chequerfield, Glasshoughton,
Castleford, Airedale, Normanton, South
Kirkby, Hemsworth, South Elmsall,
Fitzwilliam, Upton, Knottingley,
Ferrybridge, Wakefield, Crofton,
Chapelthorpes, Kettlethorpe, Eastmoor,
Outwood, Stanley, Agbrigg, Portobello,
Lupset, Flanshaw, Ossett, Horbury.
Wherever you live, there will be a
Health Trainer nearby!
Health Trainers have been recruited
from within local communities. They
are trained to work with you on a 1-2-
1 basis to help improve your health.
