Who Health Trainers are
We are a nationwide service and there
are 25 Health Trainers in the
Wakefield district.
These are some of the areas where we
are available:
Pontefract, Featherstone,
Chequerfield, Glasshoughton,
Castleford, Airedale, Normanton, South
Kirkby, Hemsworth, South Elmsall,
Fitzwilliam, Upton, Knottingley,
Wakefield, Eastmoor, Outwood, Stanley,
Agrigg, Portobello, Lupset, Flanshaw,
Ossett,
Horbury.
Health Trainers have been recruited
from within local communities. They
are trained to work with you on a 1-2-
1 basis to help improve your health.
