In September 2008 the Friends held their first photographic competition and received 21 entries

On Sunday September 7th Phyllis, Val and Cynthia (behind the camera) set up the display boards in the Discovery Centre.

Cynthia had mounted and labelled the entries so Val and Phyllis got to work arranging them to best advantage.
