Management Plan
|
There was an excellent turn-out of Friends of Haw Park Wood for the February 2007 meeting at Anglers Country Park. Bill Lawery, Forestry and Estate Management Officer, described the work being done as well as future plans for the woodland. He also provided the Friends with a list of trees to try growing from seed and activites that would assist the Countryside staff.

One area of activity for 2006/7 has been Ride Management, the improvement of pathways through the wood to allow in more light and improve biodiversity.
