WHAT IS FOCAL?
The acronym FOCAL stands for Friends of Castleford Library.
WHO ARE FOCAL?
FOCAL was established in February 1998. A group of local people who use the library decided that such a valuable asset deserved to be promoted and supported. Meetings are held bi- monthly at the library on Monday evenings. Start time is 6:30pm.

Focal members meet to discuss matters that affect the library.
The meetings take place in the library.
In addition through out the year a number of special events are arranged.
