Activities for children and families
during the Summer holidays 2009
The following activities are for
parents/ carers to attend with their
children
We look forward to seeing you at the
centre!
Floury Fingers cookery sessions- Come
and cook up a treat with Zoë. Thursday
6th August and Thursday 20th August. A
morning session (10-12pm) and an
afternoon session (1-3pm) will run both
days. Suitable for 4+ years. £4.00 per
child for the 2 hour session. Discounts
for 2 or more children. Places are
limited. Contact Rachel or reception

place to book a place as soon as
possible.
Introduction to crown green bowling -
Open to all ages and families. An
introduction drop in session to crown
green bowling for 3 week only starting
Tuesday 4th August,12pm till 1pm. £1
per player. Booking advisable with
Craig on 01977 51 1234.
Fingerprint Messy Art sessions with
Nicola- Come and enjoy themed art
sessions with the whole family. Tuesday
25th August and Wednesday 26th August.
The sessions will run from 10-12pm on
both days. Suitable for 2-10 years.
£4.00 per child for the 2 hour session.
Discounts for 2 or more children.

Baby Ballet summer sessions – Come and
join in the fun with themed Baby Ballet
summer sessions starting on Friday 31st
July 10-11am. These will run for 5
consecutive weeks. Suitable for boys
and girls from 18m-5 years. Places are
limited. Open to everyone. Membership
is not required. £5.00 per child.

Sing and Sign stay and play summer
sessions- Sing and Sign, the award
winning music programme, is running 2
special summer animal sessions on
Thursday 6th August and Thursday 13th
August 10-12pm. Suitable for 0-4 years.
Bring along your baby/ toddler and your
own cheeky monkey can bring along a
favourite cuddly animal toy, wear an
animal t-shirt, hat or outfit to help
make the morning more fun! It is only
£5.00 per family. Places are limited.

Flower Pot Tots- The toddler group will
be running 3 sessions over summer on
Mondays 3rd, 17th and 24th August 10.30-
12pm. 0-4 years. Open to everyone. Just
come along and join in.
Super sports – Children aged between 5-
7 (parents must supervise their child
throughout) Starts Wednesday 29th of
July and runs on that day for the whole
summer hols 11am till 12pm - £2 per
child. Booking advisable with Craig on
01977 51 1234.
