Details of some of the classes Ellite Studios offer:

Modern / Jazz

ElliTe Studios follows the Imperial Society of Dancing (ISTD) syllabus for modern dance classes. For jazz, we teach as many different popular styles as possible; ranging from Fosse, to Fred and Ginger, lyrical and blues, salsa, pop, hip hop, commercial and street (to mention just a few). For more information on the Imperial Society of Dancing, please visit their website.

Ballet is "...a classical dance form characterised by grace and precision of movement and by elaborate formal gestures, steps and poses...". Most people know what ballet is, but few are familiar with the established syllabi used to teach it. Our classes follow the Imperial Society of Dancing (ISTD) syllabus, formed in 1904 and which today is the world’s leading dance examinations board. The ISTD is a registered educational charity and is the only organisation that covers the full spectrum of dance examinations on a truly global scale. For more information on the Imperial Society of Dancing, please visit their website.

Not only is tap dancing extremely popular (children love making a noise with their tap shoes in these lessons), it is also considered to be one of the three core dance techniques, along with Ballet and Modern Jazz. ElliTe Studios will be following the Imperial Society of Dancing (ISTD) syllabus for tap dance classes. For more information please visit their website.
