Early arrivals settled down at the tables.....

.... it wasn't long before more members came in to join them.

Soon the hall was full of people.....

... signing in and paying membership subscriptions.

Some took the opportunity of signing up for future events.

Chris Dart welcomed everyone to the Group's 4th Annual General Meeting.

The various reports were there for everyone to study.

Chris and Jan were thanked for all their hard work - and re-elected.

Then for the social bit - John unveiled the scones and cream ...

... and Pat was ready to serve the strawberries.

Time for tea - first join the queue!

Raffle tickets had been sold for a selection of prizes, including a donated painting by Irving Penvose.

Everyone enjoyed ....

Ruth was the lucky winner of the first prize, Wolves by Irving Penvose.

Then it was time to clear away. A most enjoyable meeting, thanks to everyone who contributed.
